Serious Sam 3: BFE (Before First Encounter) is a first-person shooter video game developed by Croteam and published by Devolver Digital. It is the third title in the series that began with Serious Sam, and is the prequel to Serious Sam: The First Encounter. The game’s story takes place in the XXII century during the invasion of mind of the Earth, as implied in The First Encounter. The game was released November 22, 2011 for Windows, October 17, 2012 on Xbox Live, November 6, 2012 on Linux, while the PlayStation 3 version has not yet been published.
Serious Sam 3 PC From the purely technical point of view the Serious
Engine 3.5 performs its job fairly well, with pleasing results in the
complex alternating ups and downs. Polygonal models of the aliens are
good and rich in detail, as well as the huge stages, enhanced
occasionally by spectacular sequences such as the collapse of the
building in the first level, which was destroyed by a huge alien
spaceship. The textures are generally clean and give a good overall
plot, although some of them recur, and when viewed up close appear a
little flat. The Egyptian setting, alternating locations towns, deserts
and groundwater, is rich in detail and is perfect for hosting the
disproportionate number of alien waves that Sam has to face. The
counting polygon is definitely noticeable.
The environmental interaction is restricted to certain areas where the
enemies bigger and villains can destroy small architectural parts, but
the physics is almost completely absent and even death sequences of the
enemies are “scripted”, in the classic style of the old style fps . What
is missing are engines the same way as the famous Havoc or exceptional
Euphoria engine.
The title Croteam offers many advanced graphic options to make
themselves accessible even on platforms not tough, but to enjoy the best
of Serious Sam 3 is good to adopt a Pc latest generation with our
configurations (i5 750 with crossfire of 5870, 8 Gig of Ram and laptop
Acer Aspire 5750G with i5, Nvidia GT540M and 4 Gig of Ram), the result
is great, however, point out some of the framerate hesitation in the
most chaotic.

attacking, giving the player a chance to prepare for the battle that

Serious Sam 3 is a product designed primarily to fans of the series and
the hardcore audience can digest the difficulty exhausting and arcade
gameplay tied to the beginnings of the genre. Forget the covers and
headshot on Sunday, here are ground thousands of miles and tons lead,
you slaughter endless waves of enemies and come alive at the end of the
levels is an arduous but rewarding. Hustler, overwhelming and full of
